Ecocide: uniting behind a law to protect people & planet

As we gather for (yet) another COP on climate, the movement for the recognition of ecocide is a golden opportunity to unite all those who work tirelessly for the protection of climate, the environment, and our basic human rights.

Recognising ecocide as a crime at the international level can help support all of us: making big polluters accountable, setting healthy parameters for policy and corporate practice, offering local and indigenous communities a new legal tool, protecting future generations… the list goes on.

As political and civil momentum grows on this issue, the time is right to join forces. Join us to discuss how we can work together and how this law can support you as an elected representative, an NGO, a climate activist, and so many more. Let’s take this to the next level!
